WHAT IS A MENTOR, ANYWAY?

Picture the boss you always wanted but never had.

We’ll pair you up with a woman or nonbinary marketing leader who's ready to help you figure out your next career move. You’ll meet 1:1 for an hour each month. Six months minimum, structured around your goals. You bring the goal. Your mentor helps you map the plan to get there.
