Yes, you can still join MKTG WMN even if you don’t work in a marketing role. MKTG WMN is a community for women and nonbinary individuals who are interested in learning and growing in marketing, regardless of their current experience level.
In fact, MKTG WMN offers a number of resources and support services to help any woman or nonbinary individual transition into a marketing career. For example, MKTG WMN offers a mentor program, job support, and warm intros to founders and advisors.

Here are some tips to make the most of our experience in the MKTG WMN community, regardless of your experience level in marketing:
Get involved in the community. Attend events, participate in discussions, and connect with other members
Take advantage of the resources available to you. This includes the mentor program, the community’s career-coach-in-residence, job support, access to MKTG WMN co-founders and advisors, and content.
Set goals for yourself. What do you want to learn or achieve during your membership? Once you know your goals, you can start to develop a plan to achieve them. Need help setting goals? Reach out to a MKTG WMN co-founder!
Be patient and persistent. It takes time to see the impact of your membership, whether it’s transitioning to a new career, building relationships, or gaining new skills. Don’t get discouraged if you don’t see results immediately. Just keep working hard and learning, and investing time in the community, and you’ll eventually reach your goals and see your desired results.

We understand that in times of financial hardship, community is more important than ever. At MKTG WMN, we believe in extending pay-what-you-can options to those who could use them. Email team@mktgwmn.com and we’ll partner with you on a pay-what-you-can plan for paid membership.

Yes! We encourage members to request that their companies pay for or reimburse you for your MKTG WMN paid membership.
Your organization may be a good fit for sponsoring the cost of membership if they generally reimburse:
Continuing education courses or events
Productivity tools / resources that help you do your job faster and more effectively
Tip: You can enter a company corporate credit card at checkout, or pay annually and submit your annual membership receipt for reimbursement
