Natalie and Gabrielle met at a 2018 Young Women in Digital conference over a coffee break. We’ve stayed in touch ever since. As we’ve grown, we’ve recognized that female marketers have a networking gap.
Yes, groups like Tech Ladies, Women in Sports and Events, Young Women in Digital exist, all of which we have participated in and enjoyed. But they are too niche. We noticed an opportunity to make marketing more accessible and connect B2B with B2C, Tech with CPG, entry-level marketers with seasoned vets.
We all have a lot to share across the aisle in terms of learnings and best practices. Not to mention, we have shared experiences with sexism, career roadblocks, and more. We hope to solve that. We hope MKTG WMN can grow with you.
